Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and horizon-scanning briefings on disruptive technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to identify emerging paradigms
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and competitive intelligence
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (required)
