- Produce executive-level trend reports and predictive analytics for board-level decision-making
- Establish cross-functional innovation pipelines aligned with long-term market trajectories
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and emerging technology analysis
- Design and implement horizon-scanning processes to identify disruptive signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-uncertainty environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
