- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with future market realities
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future-focused business strategies
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots with $5M+ annual budget
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
