- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 5-year market evolution
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Author white papers on emerging paradigms (quantum AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Curate and lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with global research partners
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and future-focused global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published author or keynote speaker on emerging technologies
- Mastery of scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
- Fluency in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology fundamentals
- Experience scaling teams in high-uncertainty environments
