Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 market disruptions using AI-driven scenario planning

- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying emerging technologies with 2026 commercial potential
- Design and implement foresight frameworks for climate adaptation and resource optimization
- Partner with quantum computing teams to translate theoretical breakthroughs into practical applications
- Present strategic roadmaps to global stakeholders at Davos-style summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists in our 'Tomorrow's Leaders' development program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning with proven 5-year horizon impact
- Expertise in predictive analytics tools (Python, R, TensorFlow) and scenario modeling software
- Published research on disruptive technology adoption curves or climate adaptation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotech convergence, and circular economy models
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing Fortune 500 audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent professional designation
