Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-industry trend analysis to identify 2026-relevant opportunities in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate-tech
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 5-year product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Publish quarterly foresight briefings for executive stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and academic partners
- Translate complex technological shifts into actionable business strategies
- Drive ethical AI and responsible innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology forecasting (quantifiable impact on product roadmaps)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or circular economy systems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning workshops
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
