- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with 5-10 year future-state vision
- Create dynamic risk/opportunity matrices for strategic decision-making
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Maintain proprietary database of future-focused indicators and signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate planning
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or future trends
