Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and technological inflection points
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to prepare for disruptive market shifts and regulatory changes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-focused thinking across product development and operations
- Produce executive briefings and stakeholder presentations on emerging technologies and their strategic implications
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to shape 2026 technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and disruptive technology assessment
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive stakeholders and ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or technology forecasting (portfolio required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Methodology (e.g., CFM, CFP) strongly preferred
