Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum systems, and climate resilience initiatives
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to anticipate disruptive market shifts
- Produce annual Horizon Reports on emerging ethical and regulatory challenges in tech
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and nurture breakthrough startups
- Represent the company at Davos, Web Summit, and other global innovation forums
- Design and implement foresight methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Author white papers on the future of human-AI collaboration and post-scarcity economics
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of influencing policy or corporate strategy for 2025+ horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional proficiency in horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and causal layered analysis
- Published thought leadership in MIT Technology Review, Future, or equivalent tier journals
- Experience advising governments on 4th Industrial Revolution preparedness
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
