Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with long-term market evolution
- Establish and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready mindsets and agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership with experience managing global innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology forecasting
- Strong proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
