Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) into core business models
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and systemic thinking
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-backed storytelling
- Drive organizational culture of adaptive innovation and continuous learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic transformation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR) required
