As the architect of our future roadmap, you'll interface with quantum computing pioneers, biotech disruptors, and AI ethicists to shape our decade-long strategic vision. You'll lead cross-functional teams in prototyping solutions for climate resilience, neuro-interfacing, and decentralized economies while maintaining ethical guardrails for exponential technologies.
Responsibilities
- Architect 10-year strategic vision for 2026+ technological and societal evolution
- Lead scenario planning workshops for quantum AI integration and climate adaptation
- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech vectors (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and digital consciousness
- Present future-state roadmaps to investors and regulatory bodies
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design and trend forecasting
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling future-oriented initiatives ($50M+ budget)
- Published thought leadership on 2030+ technology implications
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Deep network with DARPA, MIT Media Lab, or similar innovation hubs
