As a key member of our executive innovation council, you'll collaborate with C-suite leaders to identify breakthrough opportunities, allocate R&D resources, and cultivate a culture of bold experimentation. Your work will directly shape our portfolio of next-gen ventures and establish industry benchmarks for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists through complex product lifecycles
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D budgets and manage stakeholder communications for high-impact initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for emerging technologies
- Present quarterly innovation portfolios to the board with ROI projections and risk assessments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $50M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, or AI governance)
- Harvard/MIT/Stanford MBA or equivalent technical doctorate
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or Nature Futures
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Current clearance for DoD-level innovation projects
