Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology leadership

- Experience developing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Strong financial acumen with innovation budget management ($5M+)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to inspire diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or equivalent)
