Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation strategy spanning quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Architect AI governance frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of transformative technologies
- Drive partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms for innovation acceleration
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Foster culture of innovation through hackathons and internal incubation programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging technologies
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or corporate venturing
- Proven track record leading AI/quantum computing initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and market trend analysis
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- PMP or similar innovation certification preferred
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and sustainability tech
- Experience scaling innovation programs from concept to commercialization
