Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning emerging technologies with market readiness
- Lead cross-functional pods to prototype, test, and scale breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor talent in future-proof methodologies and agile experimentation
- Measure innovation ROI and iterate based on real-time market feedback
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Design Thinking or Lean Startup required
