- Lead cross-functional teams in developing blockchain-enabled circular economy platforms
- Drive R&D for carbon-negative nanomaterial manufacturing processes
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum computing pioneers
- Present disruptive innovations to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor innovation fellows in emerging tech ethics and regulatory compliance
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and adapt innovation frameworks proactively
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI integration projects
- Expertise in circular economy tech and ESG-compliant innovation frameworks
- Deep understanding of blockchain, DAOs, and decentralized systems
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership on future tech disruption (2025-2030)
