Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company's strategic innovation roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and disruptive forces that impact our industry.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align innovation initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of innovation specialists and project managers.
- Drive the ideation, prototyping, and launch of new products, services, and business models.
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions, startups, and industry leaders.
- Report on innovation metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, innovation, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving successful innovation initiatives and delivering results.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.) and their business applications.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
