- Drive R&D initiatives in emerging domains (quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and business cases
- Champion human-centered design principles in all innovation processes
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight
