- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, identifying emerging trends and technologies that will define the industry in 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Oversee the design and implementation of high-scale, resilient systems that can handle exponential growth.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage and mentor senior engineering and product teams, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence.
- Drive Digital Transformation: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge tools (e.g., GenAI, Web3, Edge Computing) to optimize operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison for C-suite executives, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict security, privacy, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices architecture, and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate high-level goals into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
