- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable architectures utilizing edge computing and AI-driven automation.
- Lead Digital Transformation: Drive the migration of core systems to cloud-native environments, ensuring zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate on Innovation: Work closely with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum interfaces, predictive analytics).
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior developers and senior architects alike.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for 2026 initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and experience with distributed systems and microservices.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong background in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, with certifications preferred.
- AI & Data Integration: Demonstrated experience integrating Machine Learning models into production workflows.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
