- Define the 2026 Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business objectives into robust, scalable technical roadmaps for the 2026 timeframe.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of high-performance, resilient architectures that can handle enterprise-scale growth.
- Lead Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Quantum Edge) relevant to the 2026 landscape and prototype viable solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders effectively to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential technical debt and security vulnerabilities in long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or IT architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and plan for the technological needs of 2026 and beyond.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
