Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Create a comprehensive, long-term strategic plan that aligns with the company's mission and defines key milestones for the year 2026.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor global market trends, emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3), and socio-economic shifts to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic visions to the board of directors and executive leadership team, ensuring buy-in and alignment.
- Innovation Strategy: Spearhead R&D initiatives and partnerships that position the company as a market leader by 2026.
- Resource Allocation: Work with finance and operations to forecast resource needs required to achieve the 2026 vision.
- Crisis & Opportunity Management: Identify potential risks to the strategic vision and pivot strategies as necessary to ensure resilient growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or product strategy, with a track record of defining long-term visions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering; MBA or Master’s in a relevant field preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think several steps ahead and translate high-level concepts into executable strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders at all levels.
