Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term strategic goals with practical engineering milestones.
- Lead cross-functional research and development teams focused on emerging tech stacks, including Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with futuristic technology adoption and system scalability.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to secure funding and resources for high-risk, high-reward innovation projects.
- Establish thought leadership in the industry by publishing whitepapers and speaking at major tech conferences regarding the future of 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or strategic consulting.
- Proven experience leading teams in high-growth environments or R&D divisions.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast technological trends and market shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
