Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to outline a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals and market trends.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal research and development initiatives focused on emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Sustainable Computing.
- Technical Architecture: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable systems capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ year horizon) and translate abstract concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and AI integration frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
