Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning IT infrastructure with long-term business goals and industry trends.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) and assess their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Future-Proofing Architecture: Lead the design of scalable system architectures capable of handling next-generation data loads and processing requirements.
- Vendor & Tech Assessment: Evaluate new software, hardware, and service providers to ensure they meet our rigorous standards for security, scalability, and longevity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product teams to translate future visions into actionable technical strategies.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to modern architectures that support the operational needs of 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, systems architecture, or IT strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying disruptive technologies and successfully integrating them into business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on long-term scalability and risk mitigation.
