- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight models using predictive analytics and trend mapping

- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying disruptive forces in global markets
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present future-state frameworks to investors and board members
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable strategies
