Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI/ML, quantum computing, and Web3 infrastructure
- Lead moonshot projects in climate modeling, neural interfaces, and synthetic biology
- Partner with Fortune 100 clients to future-proof their digital transformation strategies
- Establish industry standards for ethical AI development and quantum security protocols
- Mentor a team of 15+ specialists across physics, computer science, and bioengineering
- Secure $50M+ in research grants and strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years of R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of shipping commercial quantum computing or LLM systems
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Experience securing $100M+ in government/VC research funding
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Public speaker at TED, Web Summit, or equivalent tech conferences
