Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026-2030 digital landscape
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across enterprise divisions
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies (quantum, bio-AI, spatial computing)
- Partner with C-suite to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of future concepts
- Present technological foresight to stakeholders and industry thought leaders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research or patents in forward-looking tech domains
- Strong analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
