Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI/quantum/biotech convergence
- Secure and manage $2M+ R&D budgets through grant proposals
- Lead agile teams building production-ready 2026-tech prototypes
- Publish 2+ white papers annually on emerging tech trends
- Advise C-suite on strategic tech investments and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with NASA/Stanford on quantum-AI integration projects
- Mentor junior innovators in our FutureTech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics
- 8+ years in tech R&D with 3+ in futurist/strategic roles
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ in innovation grants
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Published author in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with tech ethics frameworks and responsible innovation
