Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology innovation strategy with 5-year roadmap
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Build and manage cross-functional innovation pods (engineering, design, research)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Prototype and validate breakthrough technologies through MVP testing
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive sustainable tech integration across product portfolios
- Mentor next-generation innovators through internal programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 5+ year innovation track record
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Experience scaling prototypes to commercial products
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
