Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems
- Published work in quantum/AI ethics frameworks
- Experience with UN SDG tech initiatives
- Deep knowledge of 6G and neurotech landscapes
- Certification in Futures Studies (preferred)
