Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in future-tech strategy
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Physics
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on emerging tech
- Expertise in generative AI and neural network optimization
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience leading teams of 15+ engineers across multiple time zones
