- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of 15+ engineers and researchers in rapid prototyping cycles
- Secure $5M+ in government grants and venture partnerships for frontier tech initiatives
- Develop patent portfolios with 10+ annual filings in emerging technology domains
- Present at Davos, CES, and UN Tech Forums to shape global tech policy
- Mentor fellows in our 'Future Shapers' incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years in emerging tech R&D
- Published 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science on quantum/AI fusion
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from lab to market ($100M+ valuations)
- Expertise in ISO 20700 tech ethics frameworks and EU AI Act compliance
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Security clearance (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information)
