Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with organizational vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio including pilot programs and ecosystem partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global tech forums
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech solutions (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and managing R&D budgets >$3M
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future)
