Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- 5+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or scaling startups
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., PESTLE, Delphi method)
- Experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented tech forecasting projects
