Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 innovation horizons
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and climate tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and other innovation hubs
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies in human augmentation
- Oversee implementation of ethical AI governance frameworks
- Present futuristic tech visions to C-suite and investor boards
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Lead cross-functional teams across 4 global innovation centers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in future-tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to market
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Q) or Advanced AI (DeepLearning.AI)
- Experience with UN SDG tech initiatives or IPCC climate tech frameworks
- Portfolio of deployed innovations impacting 1M+ users
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
