Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives for sustainable tech solutions including carbon-negative computing systems
- Partner with product teams to translate emerging tech trends into market-ready innovations
- Manage cross-functional project teams across engineering, data science, and UX design
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological impact and ROI on future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech architectures
- Strong background in product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Google Quantum AI, Microsoft Azure AI)
- Experience managing innovation labs or R&D divisions
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
