- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Secure and allocate R&D budgets for experimental projects
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026-era deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling experimental technologies to commercial viability
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Deep understanding of 2026-era regulatory frameworks
