- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with ESG 2030 targets and regulatory frameworks
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams of engineers, ethicists, and futurists
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation grants and venture partnerships
- Present breakthrough concepts at global tech summits and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI, or related future-tech field
- Expertise in futuristic regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US Quantum Initiative)
- Published author in top-tier journals on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 500+ professionals
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized futuristic technologies
