Responsibilities
- Architect and implement production-grade ML/AI solutions for 2026 market needs
- Lead 5-8 engineers in agile development cycles with 95% on-time delivery
- Optimize neural networks for real-time edge computing applications
- Collaborate with product teams to define 5-year AI roadmaps
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks and bias mitigation protocols
- Present quarterly innovation showcases to C-suite and industry partners
- Mentor junior engineers through our proprietary FutureVision Accelerator Program
Qualifications
- 8+ years in ML/AI with 3+ years in technical leadership roles
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow 2.0, and distributed training frameworks
- Published research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry impact
- Proven track record deploying models at >99.99% uptime in cloud-native environments
- Strong background in MLOps and CI/CD for ML pipelines
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent breakthrough contributions
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-relevant projects (quantum computing, AGI safety, etc.)
