Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead research initiatives in quantum AI and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite to align strategic innovations with business objectives
- Manage a $10M+ R&D budget for experimental projects
- Present future-tech strategies to investors and industry boards
- Build and lead a dedicated innovation lab with 15+ specialists
- Establish partnerships with leading academic and research institutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products post-2020
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or carbon-negative tech
- Published thought leader in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Experience scaling teams beyond 200 members in tech environments
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
