Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing cutting-edge AI/ML solutions and quantum computing initiatives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Web4, biotech integration, neural interfaces) for commercial viability
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and ROI measurement across digital transformation projects
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Mentor technical teams in future-focused skill development and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in digital transformation
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, blockchain, augmented reality, and quantum computing
- Strategic planning certification (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) or equivalent advanced degree
- Track record of scaling tech teams and managing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications (IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with international regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
