- Pioneer ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through visionary technology pitches

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in Web4, AR/VR, and decentralized technologies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Experience securing federal grants for future-tech research
- Portfolio of at least 3 patented technologies with market impact
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
