Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technology trends impacting 2026-2030 markets
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business vision
- Author thought leadership reports on sustainable and ethical tech adoption
- Manage a $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in future technology journals
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Strong portfolio of implemented future-tech solutions
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
