Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technological roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align 2026 digital transformation goals
- Research and prototype emerging technologies with our Quantum-AI Synthesis Lab
- Author whitepapers on ethical AI governance and sustainable tech adoption
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Scanning Fellowship program
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 partners and government innovation councils
- Design human-AI collaboration frameworks for the 2026 workforce ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, futurism, or advanced R&D leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of Web3, AGI safety protocols, and neurotech interfaces
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech commercialization projects
