Responsibilities
- Develop predictive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Lead innovation workshops with R&D and product teams
- Translate technical concepts into executive-level strategic plans
- Identify and evaluate disruptive market opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness metrics
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present quarterly future-state briefings to the board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, etc.)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in enterprise environments
