Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives for 2026 market dominance
- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic capabilities into development pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact and future workforce evolution
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology certification
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex technological interdependencies
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles on future tech trends (IEEE, MIT Technology Review)
