Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Partner with VPs of Product to align futuristic solutions with market demands
- Present foresight analyses to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling innovation proposals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist consulting
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Experience with patent portfolios in AI or quantum systems
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Keynote speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES)
