Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps for 2026+ with quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-positive AI integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints prototyping next-gen human-machine symbiosis systems
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms in regulated industries
- Pioneer closed-loop material science innovations for circular economy applications
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Author white papers on quantum-resistant security paradigms and synthetic biology convergence
- Mentor PhD fellows in our 2026 Innovation Accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, or Emerging Systems with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or climate-positive AI
- Published research in Nature or Science journals post-2020
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuromorphic frameworks (Loihi, Speck)
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for speculative technology initiatives
- Fluency in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
